From its founding nearly 30 years ago, StartART has been a North American meeting, and we continue to embrace our shared mission to advance reproductive health through science, skill, and collaboration. 🌞 Weather, Hydration & Attire Expect daytime highs of 104–110°F (40–43°C). Please stay hydrated—water stations are available in the hotel lobby, gym, and on the 15th floor near the Club Lounge. Your StartART tote includes a compartment for a water bottle—keep it with you throughout the day.
Dress code is business casual. Meeting rooms may be cool, so bring a sweater or light jacket. Forgot yours? Ask the registrars to borrow a shawl (please return it after the session).

📚 Meeting Overview
REI 101: Review, Refresher & Certification Prep Course Wednesday, Aug 6 | 3:00–6:30 PM: Earn 3.5 contact hours This session is ideal for new and returning nurses, and especially those preparing for the NCC certification exam. Join expert faculty for a practical, foundational overview of reproductive nursing care.
Welcome Reception: Wednesday, Aug 6 | 6:30–8:00 PM Join us on the second level of the Renaissance Hotel for food, drinks, and conversation.
Plenary Sessions: Earn 16.5 contact hours
Thursday & Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Special Interest Tracks (SITs) Accredited, small-group luncheon sessions offered Thursday & Friday. Choose your SIT during morning refreshment breaks. These are required and designed to enrich your learning through peer discussion, expert facilitation, and patient-centered topics. Important: Your SIT location will appear on your ticket and event signage. 👉 If your SIT is on the second floor, use the second-floor buffet stations only.
